  5. I already tried that. As you can see in the xsd there is no type for building on water.

    Yes. It works with spawning a new object. ;)
  7. Is it possibble to get a sell animation work for buildings? The conditionstate "SOLD" doesn't seem to work. For selling a building the animation with the conditionstate "DYING" is used what really sucks. In detail the sell function is just a "weapon" with the deathtype "SUICIDED" of the respective building. Is there a way to get our good old "SOLD" state animations back?

    Thanks a lot, man! Well, who knew that we have just to change the ID. -.- Overwriting e.g. CommandSets with the same ID is possible, but not template store. Anyway, it works perfect now. ;)

    Well, we have a new faction. And simple things like the "Pack to MCV"-Ability of the new construction yard don't work. So can you explain, why? If we use old command buttons (e.g. of Nod) it works. But we can't create new ones. I attached a sample about what I mean (don't forget to copy the "data\ini\playertemplate.ini" into your BIG file). If you are able make the "Pack to MCV"-Ability work. please edit this sample and upload it here. SampleFaction.zip

  14. Try it yourself, man! At medium details the game looks like shit, too. So I don't think that they used low texture and model details. The other options like shader and so on don't matter! The screen shows a normal mod with all details low BESIDES texture and model details (they are high). You see that the screen looks really ugly, too.
  15. I can confirm this! Really bad that EA never mentioned this aspect somewhere. btw: If I start a mod with e.g. high details and then switch to low details in the options, the game will crash. :blink: Edit: The same happens with when you use medium or low texture details

    Sorry, even when I change existing or add new values and things I don't get this error. If it is a general problem with the decimal separator, I would have had it, too. But it isn't so.

    I have German Windows (decimal separator: comma) and I get no errors while recompiling the Weapon.xml. Do you have any other example to reproduce this error?

    The SDK is just crap. There is no possibility to change the menus (font, font color, text, etc.). I can only change the pictures (tga). LOL And the documentation ... sorry but: no comment! I tried to add a new faction -> failed. Why don't we get tools to extract the original files from the BIG files? EA just suxx!
