Panther, Tiger and King Tiger shells do not have an explosion gfx. I think this applies to the T-34 as well.

Not sure if this is a bug, but the Sturmtiger rocket still has no real explosion particle effect. (The rocket animation is awesome, though).

I'm also not sure if this is meant to be that way, but you can still capture command centers using officers. It's a bit cheap, I think laugh.gif

Mhh, what else...
The walking animation of panzerschreck soldiers is sometimes missing after they fired a shot.

That's about it. I'll post more if I find anything else. But as you can see, it's mostly graphical or minor issues. Great work! smile.gif

EDIT:
Oh yeah, almost forgot:
The command center is invisible on some maps, or if it has taken a fair amount of damage, it becomes invisible (moscow is one such map). Edited by XTRMNTR2K

The first experience level still says that we get light tanks and we start out with them, not sure if that is a bug because I didn't notice anything else that I was allowed to build.

- Wrong cameo for barracks (allies)
- With an allied dozer you can build a 2nd command center.

hi just dloaded BK2 & whilst playing skirmish mode i found that against 2 brutal axis teams all they did was build 2 power stations 1 barraks each & attacked constantly with only a few infantry units every now and again (every 2 mins)this went on for about half an hour untill i destroyed there comm centre's. once i did that one of them built almost everything in the game but the other just sat & waited to be obliterated i gave the lazy team time to do do something, anything. but he did nothing was very dissapointing after dloading for about 10 hours (dialup) sad.gif other than that love the concept looks cool at this stage.
Also i think the team colours could do with being a bit brighter cos on some maps you can hardly see any units on radar thx wink.gif

try this : if the AI is too weak, poke it around a bit by destroying his barracks or so. It sometimes kicks in an agressive mode, doh not always.

The lack of coherent AI is not exactly a bug, but a shortcoming, because blitz2 fails an experienced AI programmer/scripter.

I find that the AI will constantly attack me with infantry until i sacrafice a group of light tanks, as in, send them into the enemy base to be destroyed. With this burst of experience, the AI will usually start pulling all stops and attack me with everything they've got...

The experience levels need to be re-written other then that one I think. Some reference things that you don't actually get. (The one I can think of off the top of my head is artillery for a homeland science upgrade - but that side is broken anyways right now.)

And worky68, once you get that generals point you can build mobile anti-air units. (Wirblewind, m16, z-76 (or whatever the Soviet one is called). They rock against infantry on the ground.

German airfield gives a description of Allied planes...

light AA seems only to react and start firing once enemy planes have already passed over them...

lol maybe not a bug but Pz38ts are rediculously slow...maybe true, but harms balance imo

Can light tanks please be a bit more effective vs buildings please? 3 AT men in a building held off and destroyed 10 Pz38ts...

Stukas do f**k all damage to civvy buildings...PLEASE boost this to enable ppl to use them to harm someone's defenses before an assault.

I love how rifle infantry is v important now, put perhaps a tad over-powered. Against FromNorway 2 patadrop attacks both savaged his base, despise 2/3 mobile AAs and a few snipers (not always most effectively used perhaps, to be fair)

If I recall correctly, only the Allies airfield can hold 5 aircraft while the others can only handle 4 with the German's being able to launch two at a time for their 'blitzkrieg' style attack/defense. The Allies have 5 for overwhelming air supierority but they can only launch 1 plane at a time. And the Russians can only handle 1 launch at a time as well.

Thanks for correcting me. I've never played as the Russians and couldn't remember if they had 3 or 4. I just know the Allies get more planes while the Germans can launch faster, and I assume the Russian planes just have better armor or something to give them an edge in one ability.

Their ground support plane the Il-2 has very good armor vs AA but fighters will make mince meat of them. The yaks also are very lightly armored and suffer from a lack of firepower, but they have a very small turn radious.

Also, exploding Allied Hellcat's show muzzle flash just before the final explosion of their bodies.

This isn't really a 'bug' but I would rather not make a new thread about it, but would it be possible in the next release for the British side of the Allies' Carpet Bomber to be the Lancaster Bomber? I only ask because the B-17 was the American Heavy Bomber while the British forces used the Lancaster as its primary heavy bomber. Though their raids were generally at night, the Lancaster could carry a larger bombload then that of a B-17, normal bomb load capacity of up to 14,000lbs it was also able to carry the 22,000lb "Grand Slam" bomb while the B-17's max load was around 4,800-8,800lbs. The Lancaster was a little slower then the B-17, but was much more maneuverable(sp), it was actually able to out-maneuver most German night-fighters.

If you need high quality pictures of one to make skins and models and such, let me know. I live down the street from the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum and we have one of the two flying Lancasters in the world. I could also get pictures of other planes if you wanted them.

Thats intentional. They are not bugs, they are new elements of the game play. And personally i think they are great additions.

I have a strange bug with my Me-262s, they didnt seem to get repaired at airfield.

Its also impossible to use force fire with a Hetzer...

I know it might not be a Blitz problem, but i've noticed that the pathfinding seems to be becoming more and more s**t.

Not being the best at micro-ing everything, when i click my tanks to move somewhere i expect them to do it, not have all units on a bridge only using one single path, then get stuck when one thing coming the other way uses that same path and neither budge.

basically, if waypoints etc are part of a map, please can more paths be put in wink.gif, OR if there's some kind of "right of way" priority, can fighting units be give it please?

Ive posted it somewhere else, but incase you didnt catch it, if the internet disconnects before the launch of blitz, blitz just doesnt do anything. (offline mode doesnt work, not bad for those who have broadband but for PC Gamer Cd users/poor internet connection users, that would be a real downer)
