Phoib seems to be evicted from his new alliance(s) and still has a quarrel with the IAA. To be honest i think it would be pretty interesting if a small but powerful alliance admitted Phoib. E.g. The Gramlins If the IAA wanted to attack that alliance they'd have their hands full. The GGA hates me even more... I actually hope the Legion ambassador to the GGA (whom has left The legion due to the espionage) will join the GGA. She was a lot of fun to chat with.
