Jeffheal 0 Report post Posted March 10, 2004 Hi I have RA2 and yuris revenge and have them fully updated. I then found the bltizkrieg mod on a dmeo disc i had so thought i would try it. It installs fine and the menu looks fine but when i try to start a skirmish game it loads and comes up with the construction yard/people, etc. but says yuris revenge has caused an internal error and must close . I have tried different maps but the same result each time. Then i noticed that on the main thing for blitzkrieg when you first start it up it says version 2(multiplayer) so does that mean i have a multiplayer only edition and so where can i download a version that I can play single player on? Hope someone can help thanx Let's go over a checklist: * Do you have the official version of Ra2 and YR? * Did you patch YR to version 1.001 ? * Do you have a clean Ra2 directory? (no files from other mods) * Does the internal error also occur when starint a Skirmsih game? * Does the internal error occur only for certain gamemodes? * Which side were you playing and which side was your opponent? * Were any of the AI player countries set on "Random"? * Does the error also occur when you remove the music files from the directory? * Does the i.e also occur when you launch from the file downloaded from the derelict studios site? http://www.derelictstudios.net/blitz2/inde...age=b1downloads That's all i can think of a.t.m. I mean, better specs usually have less trouble as far as playing the game go... :D And Pirate versions are usually rubbish for modding/patching; the most common problems when attempting to play a mod is that: a ) all you units blow up at the start of the game b ) the game crashes as soon as it has loaded @Andre He said he patched 100.1 My suspicion is that it will prolly be: * Were any of the AI player countries set on "Random"?
