Cant Play It

on my winxp and win98, whenever i goto lan,or skirmish, or multiplayer when i try to select maps it says MISSING:'DESC:MS001' or MISSING:'DESC:MM001' or MISSING:'DESC:MN001' and stuff like that, anyone know how to fix it

 

yuris revenge is fully patched and blitzkrieg is both 2.0

Do you have any other mods installed? That's really all i can think of at this moment. :P

i had other mods installed later and had no problems with those

remove all *md.ini files from this directory!!!

this should help

if not reinstall the game and it should woark fine with the clean installation

I have a not so similar problem, i can load up YR but the missions are the same. and when i play a skirmish the thing says the maps mmax population is 0. The game has the new loading screen and stuff at the main screen but no new sidebar and the other screens haven't changed. I am running YR in 98 compatibility mode because it wont run on xp normal, and it is at version 1.001 patch

any help will be appreciated

or something like this could occure after you deactivated the mod

Well, I did accidentally click deactivate once but I reinstalled YR after this because it still didn't work right and I deleted the blitz folder and reinstalled that as well

Thanks but it doesn't seem to help. I deleted Blitz and reinstalled YR after trying the deletion of the inis which did not work. Any further advice I would really appreciate

Try uninstalling everything, deleting the folders then re-installing YR and Blitz.
