I mean why haven't the authorities urged everybody to leave area and threatened the use of severe force if ignored before the hurrican hit? Doesn't the US got all resources needed to have carried out and saved all people who locked now in New Orleans, Superdome etc? The warnings of that hurrican came early and mentioned one never seen before, right? This is same what the german minister of environment has said about Katrina and the replies are furious, both us and german.
