I can't build a Naval yard when i play Blitz. I have tried on maps with water {duh}, and have tried everything i can think of to build on {even moving my MCV right next to the water... But i still can't build a Naval yard or Naval units... Does anyone know why this is? Also in the read me it says there is a "Naval war" i can not access this either. Any help would be appricated. {I ment can't in title, sorry}
