I dunno, I think the bottom left looks more like a waypoint then an "attack", with the two different arrows passing through a circle. But that is just me.

That render does indeed look sweet. I also like the idea of having to pay for the Stukas, cuz I mean, before during the single play at least for the mission in England, I'd make a bunch of airfields and then I could just spam targets with Stukas without worrying about it. But cool, I get a Purple Heart...um, what does it do?  -
You already own CnC3? Legally? Yes, I own it legally. I actually bought it before buying my new computer and sat it on my computer desk, it taunted me until I finally decided on the parts for my new PC. I think that strategy worked quite well, it just nagged me to no end.

Sweet. Well, don't worry Phoib, you don't need to give me a new computer, I just got one :P

:D So is that all of them then, or are there still more that aren't figured out yet?

Hrm, well, it could be the Pe-2, though the back side of the wing seems to have a greater angle then the Pe-2, but it did see considerable service in WWII, with over 10,000 of them made before retirement(granted this was in the early 50s, IIRC) Now for the other one...this is going to be tough, those small planes look a lot alike! It could be the La-5, though the leading edge of the wing isn't quite right it looks for the La-5, though the picture has a straighter leading edge. However, the La-5 does have a 'stubby' nose, which fits with the picture. I am seriously stumped on these ones, especially that smaller one(presumably a fighter, considering its size)

I haven't played the new release yet, so if it came out since like, R2, I haven't seen it yet. :P EDIT: I'm guessing it is the IL-4 then, and not the Tu-SB2, both planes look similar in some aspects though I should have spotted that the engine nacelles on the ANT-40 come nearly to the front of the nose, while the IL-4 doesn't, not to mention the curve at the backside of the wing meeting the fuselage is more pronounced on the IL-4. But like I said, the Soviets had a lot of planes that looked very similar, the Yak-9 and MiG-3 for example, at a quick glance are easily confused for each other, it is mainly the wing placement that is the quick indicator which is which. Now that I go back and look again, what I thought was the Tu-2 was the Su-8, again, similar but I didn't get the angle of the rear-side of the wing correct, the Su-8's wing angle changes and gets sharper. So how many Russian planes was I off by?

P-80 B-29 B-17 - B-25 C-47 P-38 - Lancaster P-51 - P-47 - Spitfire - Mosquito Yak-9 - I-16 ANT-40(Tu SB2) - Tu-2 IL-2 Those are my guesses. I'm fairly certain of the American and British planes, the Russian one's however...They had a lot of planes that looked a lot alike.

May I make a suggestion? How about on the download page, just stating skirmishes do not work, so those who can't play online(for whatever reason), do not update to 2.6, as 2.5 still works for offline play, and has the fanmade AI if one wishes to use it. I mean, it wouldn't hurt to inform people of this, just so they know what they are getting into when they update. I was a bit sad to see skirmishes missing, though I mainly wanted to play them to test out the new units and get a feel for them before going online and such. I don't mind it not being there, but I can see why some people might, especially if they have a poor internet connection. Just a thought.

I'm going to say the TA-152. Nothing like totting a 30mm and two 20mm cannons in the H, and one 30mm and FOUR 20mm cannons in the C variant. It had a higher speed then pretty much any allied fighter, was capable of high altitude flight to engage bombers, the C variant was designed for more low level flight, while the H was more for high altitude, but could still do decent in the low level area. It literally outgunned nearly everything. A short burst could take down any bomber or fighter with a successful hit. So yeah, I say the TA-152, sadly, while it got into production and did indeed enter service, it came late in the war, and some of the production facilities were damaged/captured before too many of them could be made. Probably a good thing, as they would have been deadly against Allied bombing missions, as the Mustangs couldn't hope to catch one, since the TA-152 was able to both outrun and outclimb the P-51 by a decent margin.

That would be appreciated, I'd love to help, so long as I have skills good enough to do so
-
What skills are needed for Photoshop? I'm pretty good with the program, but not sure if my skills are what you are actually looking for for this program.
-
That doesn't always work, depending on where the damage is. And you also need compatible computers, if your harddrive is, for example, a 160GB, the working computer would need to be compatible, older computers can't handle that, which means, you wouldn't be able to retrieve the data. And I'm interested in the 'special' thing...wonder what it is.... :o
-
Well, it could be that something went wrong with the HDD to create the problem in the first place, which means, simply installing it into another computer wouldn't help, you'd have to salvage the data by other means. From the sounds of it, there is quite possibly an error in the boot sector, which would be a pain in the ass.

Ok, I'll try and find a day I can get over there, sadly, since it has started snowing, they won't be parking them out on the skirt anymore, so now I'll have to actually go IN there. So I'll just use the excuse that I'm taking my nephew there, he's never been there, no one will suspect I'm secretly doing this to get pictures for the mod  And from what I can remember of what they have, since I haven't been there in awhile, here is a list their list online...though some of the planes I remember them having, are gone, perhaps they have sold some http://www.warplane.com/pages/aircraft.html I'll probably go not this weekend, but next. So if someone from the team can tell me which planes they want for sure, I'll make sure to get a lot of pictures of those planes.
