Canada, and NATO use 10 second greanades.

Yes it is. Spooning actually. Cooking is getting a rifle so hot that the rounds go off by heat alone. That's because they aren't mean't to be spooned then thrown. Other nations use 10 seconds and spoon the grenade count to 3 then toss it.

I've been fucked up by somebody (a group of somebodies actually), got the crown to prove it. It and other such experiences are what colour my world view. Yeah Pat Tillman, what a moron. <_< He deserves a Darwin award, if he didn't have kids that is.

Because you're really going to have time to run when a grenade that's used up several seconds of its 3-5 second fuse lands at your feet, right? Go ahead, try to outrun a fucking explosion. Have fun. Given the choice between cetain death and a chance. I'll take the chance. Also 10 seconds. Greandes have a 10 second fuse, theoretically. 8 more likely.

Never get the chance. I'd have been gone as soon as that nade hit the floor. I'm no idiot, and I'm no matry. That would be a bad assumption. It's exactly what I think. The exact same. If he'd been alive after that nade went off I'd have told him so.

I do. What fucking idiot wasting his life like that.

    Company Of Heroes Is Out!

Because it's not us they are worried about. Relic isn't worried about us seeing what they've coded. They care if Blizzard, EALA, Ensemble, or any other RTS dev. sees what they coded. Also for FPS games very few dev build there own engine. About half the time they license the engine from Epic/ID/Valve. So Epic/ID/Valve can be much more mod friendly than Relic can. As they make their money from selling the engine, they want to let every other dev see it. As a means of selling licenses to them.

    Eala And Blizzard Rts Releases

They have many traits in common with both. But I get a much stonger Predator vibe from the Protoss. The Zergs are sort of Aliens mixed with Nids.

    Invasion Of The Usa

    Would you? :D

    Eala And Blizzard Rts Releases

Hmm, I guess Games workshop was only willing to pay the Tolkien estate 1 license fee for use of the word Orc.

    Eala And Blizzard Rts Releases

Yeah and Starcraft is southerners in space fighting thinly vield Predator and Alien rip offs. And the only difference Between Warhammer Orks and Warcraft Orcs is C and K in their names and WC Orcs use teh drugs.

    A New Demo?

Yeah but Henry V can take out those fools no probs. B)

    Eala And Blizzard Rts Releases

Yeah outdated. WC3 didn't play any different than a 5 yearold (at the time) game. That's bad. SC gameplay was far from perfect, average at best. I have no god complex about blizzrds game desgin. I missed the boat on the Starcraft craze, I didn't play it until after I played RA2. In BFME1 they took some of the good ideas (plot system and joining batallions) way to far and made them too restricting. And instead of improving them for BFME2 they dropped them.

    Eala And Blizzard Rts Releases

The fact that they were extremely lazy in WC3's gameplay. They took SC out dated gameplay shoved in more R-P-S elements and made it 3D. Lazy, lazy, lazy, LAZY! Good innovations in BFME1 1.The build system in BFME1 (even though it went to far) 2.Batallions 3.Economic model 4.Joining 2 units together to augment there abilities I was really sad to see 1 and 4 cut from BFME2 completely.

    Eala And Blizzard Rts Releases

BFME had some good ideas, and some bad ones. But on the whole was a good RTS game. BFME2 is light years better tough. And EALA has shown that it's willing to try new things and be progressive in it's RTS desgin. Rather than shoe-horn some RPG elements into R-P-S'est to death bland ass gameplay, like Blizzard. Or keep releasing the same fucking game with a new graphics engine, like Ensemble. It's why I'm afraid Halo Wars will suck balls. Unlikely. I've yet to see any thing attached to Sup-Com that makes me want to play it. Being a spiritual sucessor to a game I (and 75% of it's target audience) never played means exactly butt-fucking all. Beyond ZOMG big maps, ZOMG big robots, ZOMG huge nukes, what else is there?
