ironduke57 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2006 As the old thread has grown to large I start this new one. Okay same rules as in the old one. - Who guess a tank/military vehicle has the right to post a new challenge. - If he/she don´t want/can post a new challenge he/she can declare a free round where everyone can post a new challenge. - Normally only one challenge at a time is allowed. - If a challenge winner don´t post a new challenge in say around 3 days(?) it is automatically a free round. - Who guess and think he/she is right has still to wait for an confirmation from the challenge starter. (At times if the challenge starter doesn´t react in some time, an confirmation from one or more of the thread regulars is also sufficient.) I think this are enough rules. If someone thinks I forgot something please post it. ------------ Okay then let´s go. flyby gave his turn to Logan so let see what he has for us. Regards, ironduke57 BTW: Please, can some of the admins/mods close the old thread?
Logan Hartke 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2006 As requested: I couldn't find the thing on my hard drive so I ended up spending about 30 minutes trying to find the thing again (after knowing what it was). Good luck! Logan Hartke
Leonardofury 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2006 But how was the old one too big? We can make the thread the longest in Derilict History! I know the chances of this being right are slim as I'm sure Logan wouldn't post something this easy but is it a Cadillac Gage ASV 150?
ironduke57 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2006 (edited) But how was the old one too big? We can make the thread the longest in Derelict History! ... Haven´t you noticed the enormous slow down of the old thread? Sometimes it needed a min to load, if at all. And it is already the largest thread in offtopic. The next has only 47 pages. Logan Hartke 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2006 (edited) Yes it is. Probably an M2HB to be exact, but it's the same basic creature. Logan Hartke Edited February 12, 2006 by Logan Hartke
Mehman 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2006 (edited) French VAB APC? Edited February 12, 2006 by [TheOne]
Logan Hartke 0 Report post Posted February 12, 2006 Nope, but it does look a lot like it. As far as I know, however, it bears nothing more than a visual relationship to the VAB. Logan Hartke

Mehman 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2006 Is it some sort of a Commando APC prototype perhaps?
Logan Hartke 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2006 Could you guys maybe make a collection of all the sites where you find this awesome info? I've already listed most of the best info sites on the Equip Your Army! thread. As far as the stumpers that I post for armored vehicles, I typically find those on foreign language sites and forums. I have the best luck with Polish, Russian, Chinese, and Korean sites. In most cases, that makes them nearly impossible for many people to track down without already knowing what it is. ,Feb 14 2006, 3:21 AM]Is it some sort of a Commando APC prototype perhaps? Nope. Not at all related. Logan Hartke
ironduke57 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2006 Hint: It's American-made. Logan Hartke But it is not listed US Military Wheeled Vehicles from Crismon, or I am blind? And I thought that it is fairly complete. Regards, ironduke57
Logan Hartke 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2006 Hint: It's American-made. Logan Hartke But it is not listed US Military Wheeled Vehicles from Crismon, or I am blind? And I thought that it is fairly complete. I don't have the book, so I don't know. Also, isn't the book only vehicles used by the US Military, not any US-made military vehicles. So if the vehicle was never even tested by the US military then it has no place in the book. Keep looking. Logan Hartke
