right,Hitler was launching them from the pas-de-calais, netherlands, and in fact,he thought that the british would ask for peace right after he started launching them. he used them in the battlefield in russia and in Normandy,but the numbers were too few to create an impact. The german had many weapons-superweapons in research labs. like the atomic bomb. the Super rail gun. and a project of bombers made like He 111 but having the propultion and advanced weaponry of a Me 262. also,the germans had a project for both turkey and US invasions. the US invasion plans was really not fully completed but a part of it was to use 1000s of mega air carrier with the propultion of the Me 262 (not the bomber project) and send a massive forces by the air to not fight the US and UK fleet. of course,a massive naval and air strike would follow to supply all those troops in the US. actually,if russia was defeated,Hitler's plan was to invade UK in 43,but knowing that the US would join and that an invasion sooner or later would happen somewhere in europe. he wanted to strike first but the US would be the main choice. since UK would surrender soon after. as it sounds pretty crazy,i just know that its an old high official of the german regime,still alive today that gave some "plans" and informations about it to the Canadian authorities. the reason why he isnt dead its that he went to jail for 20 years and then stayed in Canada to live there. let me tell you that they are rare.

Hello,im new to this website but id like to offer my 2 cents on this. i studied a big part of my life on WW2,however,since my real life took over, my readings stoped,so im a bit rusty,also,english isnt my first language so forgive me for grammar mistakes...sometimes,i wont make any sense :). Lets start first by talking about the afrika Korps of Rommel,the only way for Rommel to win in Afrika was to have the gaz and the troops he needed. the 8th army led by Montgomery was bigger,well supplied,and lets face it,the british and the Free French Forces were excellent fighters. the only way for Rommel to have had access to both gaz and a HUGE ammount of reinforcement was for Hitler to succeed in Russia. However,lets not forget it,the people of russia had 35 millions troops. and more could conscript. 20 millions of the populations died and 5 millions "armed" soldiers died. The only way for Hitler to had won was to have all winter suits he needed,not go over his supply lines,and win at stalingrad,or leningrad,which was a "bridge" to moscow. If Stalingrad was taken,only plains was ahead. The German army are plains fighters,they are train that way,and the tanks are made up for fighting in plains. which was a problem since the russians could come up with T34 everywhere. Now lets say Hitler succeeded. we all shouldnt forget that the loses would be very heavy. the first year of the barbarossa operation,Hitler lost 800 000 troops. and there is limits to what germany can withstand. Also(there will be a lot of also :P ) The Nazi philosophy was that the russians aka slavics was an inferior race to destroy. The russian people would riot and fight until the end. not like if it was organized or anything like that,but they would fight and kill german soldiers all the time. 180 000 000 people is hard to contain when they have a knife under their throat. if they didnt have weapons,the US would supply them,(as they did in Leningrad) Now,if D-Day was a failure(could have been if Russia was defeated) the germans was not able to build large platform fleets(aka Battleships,destroyers) which is why they built a massive ammount of U-boat,actually,U-boats was the priority of german productions because Admiral Donitz convinced him that it was the way to win the war all over. to come back to my point,even if the german would had won fleet battles,the US and UK still mass produce and the actual fleet was enormous. The germans had serious difficulties to train new pilots,the RAF was very powerful and well balanced,the german would had a SERIOUS time trying to invade the UK. Even tho D-DAY failed,al lthe US and UK troops are still in England,and a lot of them,its been said that around 5 millions troops was in England right before the invasion. thats a lot of troops to beat,if Hitler would had been able to defeat this huge fleet and army,their loses would had been to much. lets not forget that the US is not inactive,whether germany would had succeeded in Afrika,there would had been an invasion in morocco and Algeria. and about 3-4 millions soldiers landed in total. thats a lot too. now,lets go to Japan,the japanese had no chance to win whatsoever, india,australia,china was already a major pain in the butt,and its not that Japan wa snot able to defeat them,its because finding more men and womans that are already fighting the americans starts to be very difficult. one way or the other,they would had been defeated. at a point,IF(cause thats the only way for the axis to win,its with a lot of IF)the japanese was able to hold back the US fleet AND production(only way) there is nothing to stop the whole US and Canadian military to fight until death. There is a limit to what the US can conscript since they need a lot of people in factories. Canada conscripted 2 million soldiers,as it sounds small,Canada was only 18 million people which gives them the status of the biggest war mobolization in history. This gives the US and Canada a Major defense system and fleet,Canada was a major fleet producer from great britain,its been said that they were a bigger producer than UK itself since UK wasnt able to mass produce them because of bombings and kriegsmarine. Canada and the US would have been able to fully resist major assaults from both the Germans and Japanese. In the end there is 3 possibilities. 1.There was no way for the germans to win overall. 2.For the Germans to win,they needed to invade UK in the 1940,defeat russia, AND make a cold war by themselves until the allies or axis break out. 3.Russia ally the axis,which russia wanted,but germany COULDNT accept such propositions. Occupying England would had been easy too,Churchill had 100 000 special services,commandos,terrorist trained like,to resist the german occupation. they would had been connected thru tunnels,protected by all sort of hidden bases and all of them would be fully equiped. How the german can really win if not by superweapons,technology,and a LOT of chance. because,there is now way germany would had been able to have all those loses, conscripting europe would had been smart. French does not like to fight overall and the only way for them to fight as a nation and strongly is to have a dream,and a full desire of Freedom and Life. Like napoleon. The spanish was not able to be in an other war. italian soldiers were the worst in europe. and other countries had very weak soldiers or will to fight overall. So for the german to win,they would need to extand the war for 10 more years in a cold war style. i remember playing Panzer general,and after defeating Russia,and holding ground in Italy. I invaded the UK in 43 BEFORE the US landed all his troops and strenght. but i needed to do it quick or the US fleet and troops would had kicked my invasion force very fast. But i succeeded,however,all those troops that was supposed to go in UK stayed in the US instead,so with all the loses i got,and with all the units left which was still very large,and with the experience and technology,i had one chance to invade the US. Maryland was the place to land. the Manhattan(i know,bad grammar) project was done,and i had to invade washington before they use it. and IF it was delayed,they would still use it somehow. but i never succeeded anyway on conquering Washington and they nuked Maryland, results:Generals,troops,equipement,all dead. US sign a peace treaty with Germany which separate the globe in half, After Hitler's death,russia becomes independant and germany becomes a Republic. Thank you for reading :)
