wow. i love the il-2. its a freaking massacre. i built like 20 of em and kept em over the enemy factories. no more tanks!! then i built like a bajillion (300ish?) conscripts and owned!!

As someone who heartily enjoys watching the B-17's brutally eliminate an enemy base, it's no surprise that they won.

That is so very wrong. Thankfully ground support wont be useable like that in R3.

reason number 1 we used to put limits on air fields. Can you say over-powered? I thought you could.

Yeah, but it was felt that the Panther needed to be given something and the Tiger was kind enough to share.

Actually, as former QC, I worked on all the models but the Tiger...(which was corrected by Topknot, iirc)

I feel a bit sorry for the P-47, as from a technical point of view, it was a bigger achievement then the B-17, but I guess most of you do not realise or care about that..

yeah, I lost like three of 'em last time I played the first Russian mission... Probably would have lost my T-35s to breakdowns too had those stiff breezes not annihilated them.

The KV-2 broke down before it got to the competition, so they couldnt include it.
