Yeh seeing a bunch of nuclear reacotrs just sitting on the sea DID look sorta redundant :)

Biuldings do not survive underwater, lol :lol:

a nuke xplode underwater may less blast radius but larger toxic radius. making underwater-toxicity :P
buildings underwater may have longer time to be repaired... :lol:

tsunamis only affect on surface not below underwater. ok, imagine this. your base on the land. your enemy has underwater base. you try to nuke them but then, it has affect on yours too. yeah, that bloody tsunamis as eisenhower said. :lol:

Well actually it could. The warhead is completly safe until underwater detonation. It would also cause land shifts and tsunamis :D!!
