This is my model of a German Tiger tank from WW2, one of the most feared tanks of the conflict.
When the Allies first encountered the Tiger, they had nothing to match it. It's armour couldn't be penetrated by any Allied gun and it mounted the 88mm Kwk 43 L/71 gun, the most effective and feared tank gun of the war. Some reports state the Tiger taking out enemy tanks at ranges greater than a mile, the longest ranged direct fire kills of the war.
This model started life as a low polygon model for a video game mod. I then expanded on it to create a highly detailed, accurate model.
